Settle In Living is a UK-based sole-trader business selling downloadable home-organisation guides and resources through https://settleinliving.com.

2. Our products

Our products are digital downloads, primarily PDF guides and worksheets. No physical products are shipped.

Product descriptions explain what is included in each purchase. You are responsible for having a device and software capable of opening PDF files.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. The total price is shown before you place your order.

Payments are processed using the payment methods offered at checkout.

We may cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error or where required by law. If we cancel an order after taking payment and do not supply the product, we will refund the payment.

4. Digital delivery

Digital products are supplied electronically using download instructions or links provided following purchase.

If you do not receive access to your purchase, contact settleinliving@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains your cancellation rights and how to request assistance or a refund.

For immediate delivery of digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, we seek your express consent and acknowledgement that your cancellation right will be lost once supply begins.

Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described digital content remain unaffected.

6. Personal use and copyright

Unless a product description states otherwise, purchased guides are licensed for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may download, save and print copies for use within your household.

You must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or claim authorship of our materials without written permission. This does not restrict any rights granted to you by law.

Our guides provide general home-organisation ideas and educational information. They are not professional medical, safety or legal advice.

Individual circumstances and results may vary. Please use appropriate care when cleaning, lifting, handling products or reorganising your home.
